Why we built Bio Ecko
We spent years seeing the same problems repeat across hospitals and clinics in India. Staff keeping two registers — one in the software, one in a notebook — because they didn't trust the system. Billing teams printing reports and re-entering numbers into Excel. Doctors spending 40% of their consultation time on documentation.
So we built Bio Ecko from scratch. Not an adaptation of a US or European HMS. Not a legacy system given a new coat of paint. A platform designed specifically for how healthcare is delivered in India — with ABDM, GST, NABH, and Schedule H/H1/X compliance built in from day one, not added as afterthoughts.

Our approach
Offline-first design
Your hospital doesn't stop when the internet does. Bio Ecko uses IndexedDB to keep working locally and syncs as soon as connectivity is restored. LAN fallback means even a branch disconnected from the internet keeps running.
India-first compliance
ABDM, GST, NABH, CGHS, drug schedule compliance, MLC registers, statutory payroll — these aren't bolt-ons. They're part of the platform's core, tested against real Indian regulatory requirements.
Designed with clinicians, not for them
Every module in Bio Ecko was co-designed with the people who use it. We ran hundreds of hours of working sessions with doctors, nurses, receptionists, and billing managers. If they struggled with something, we fixed it before it shipped.
